Showroom delivered an unforgettable New York Fashion Week experience with their latest show, Together We Rise. Spearheaded by owner and CEO Johnny S. Cohen and produced/directed by Head Showroom Director Marielena GQ, the event was a powerful celebration of unity, hope, love, and diversity.


Sponsored proudly by Vera Wang, the show brought together fashion and message in a visually stunning production. Johnny and Marielena, a dynamic duo with over four and a half years of creative partnership, have built a reputation for bold, meaningful showcases. Their combined vision and tireless work ethic have made The Confessional Showroom a standout presence in NYFW and Miami Art Week.



Together We Rise featured over 70 diverse models and more than 75 styled designs from their one-of-a-kind roster of brands. Set in the heart of NYC at the Hudson Yards Hotel, the show captivated an audience of over 200 attendees. The concept, inspired by the unity found in the gangs of NYC’s boroughs, encouraged attendees to be bold, light, and free. “The world is so divided that we wanted to bring the people together,” Johnny Cohen shared.



Each look on the runway told a story of strength, individuality, and community. Marielena’s direction brought the vision to life with passion and precision, blending street edge with high fashion. “Our beautiful brands trusted us to showcase their designs and relay messages of “Unity”. Marielena added. The energy in the room was electric, driven by the authentic message behind every look.



The show proved once again that fashion can be a force for social connection and change. The Confessional Showroom continues to push boundaries and set trends in the fashion world.



As Johnny and Marielena look toward Art Week Miami in December, they remain committed to showing the world that we are ONE.
