NYFW presents: The Well x Hugo Boss another ywar of Food, Fashion and Finance

New York Fashion Week is more than runways. It is a cultural marketplace where fashion, business, hospitality, media, finance, and influence converge. For one week, the city becomes a living showroom for what is emerging, what is evolving, and what consumers, brands, and investors may be paying attention to next.

What happens when fashion becomes a business conversation? Beyond the front row and the flashbulbs, New York Fashion Week creates an ecosystem of designers, executives, buyers, creators, investors, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and cultural tastemakers. The runway may provide the spectacle, but the conversations happening around it often reveal where the industry is moving.

THE WELL × BOSS: FOOD, FASHION & FINANCE

During New York Fashion Week, The Well Network returned to the BOSS Flagship in Columbus Circle for the third annual Food, Fashion & Finance gathering on September 14, bringing together an influential community across food, fashion, finance, business, and the Creator Economy. In partnership with the Food Institute, the evening was designed around intentional networking, thoughtful conversation, and the connections shaping today’s consumer and cultural landscape.

What happens when fashion, food, finance, and influence share the same room? The evening opened with a reception before moving into a fireside conversation with Claire Chung, Board Member of ANIMA and Delsey Paris, moderated by Brian Choi, CEO of the Food Institute. The discussion offered a closer look at leadership, business, and the evolving intersections between brands, culture, and consumers.

Who is shaping the next generation of influence? A featured Creator Economy panel brought together Amanda Mishay (@amwstyled), Mark Treiber, Head of Investments at 11:11 Media, and Marti Rose Shanker, Founder of Marti Rose, with the conversation moderated by Frank Poe, Founder of Poe Law. The panel explored a rapidly evolving space where creators, brands, capital, and cultural influence increasingly intersect.

And where does food enter the conversation? Guests experienced samples from participating brands including ITO EN tea, DEFI Snacks, Pwrfuel, and Scott’s Protein Balls, adding a culinary and consumer-brand dimension to an evening already centered on innovation, connection, and culture.

The evening continued with networking and exclusive BOSS shopping offers, creating an environment where conversation could move naturally from the stage to the showroom. The event also carried a philanthropic element, with BOSS committing 10% of sales from the evening to New York Common Pantry, supporting its work to reduce hunger and promote dignity, health, and self-sufficiency.

Who was in the room? The Well Network members, sponsor partners, founders, executives, investors, creators, food and fashion professionals, and other members of New York’s business and cultural community gathered during one of the city’s most influential weeks for fashion and creativity.

Ultimately, Food, Fashion & Finance was about more than Fashion Week. It was a conversation about the business of influence, the culture of consumption, the power of relationships, and the people creating what comes next. Set inside the BOSS Flagship during New York Fashion Week, the evening offered a distinctly New York intersection of style, capital, food, creativity, and purpose.
